Job summary

Armsmotion Sdn Bhd in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an experienced Project & Sales Coordinator to support project coordination, sales administration, customer communication and daily operations. You will coordinate between office and site teams, manage project documents (POs, VO, DO), quotations, orders and delivery notes, and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has 2–3 years in project or sales coordination, strong MS

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant project or sales coordination experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word; good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing projects with project, technical, operations and site teams.
• Maintain project-related documents, records, schedules and reports.
• Handle sales documents: quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and payments.
• Assist in billing processes and keep records up to date.
• Support management with administrative and coordination tasks.
