Job summary

FM GLOBAL LOGISTICS (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Outbound Customer Service Executive (Commercial Support) to handle LCL/FCL enquiries and shipment coordination for our freight forwarding clients.

You will provide quotations, schedules, routing options, and updates, liaise with customers and internal teams, and support pricing and commercial follow-up while ensuring timely documentation and smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years' experience in freight forwarding or ocean freight customer service
• Experience in outbound LCL/FCL shipments preferred
• Good understanding of freight rates and shipping schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound LCL/FCL customer enquiries and shipment coordination
• Provide quotations, sailing schedules, routing options and shipment updates
• Liaise with customers, sales, operations, shipping lines and overseas agents
• Follow up on bookings and ensure smooth handover to the operations team

Outbound Customer Service Executive providing commercial support for LCL/FCL customer enquiries and shipment coordination in freight forwarding.

Key responsibilities

Handle outbound LCL/FCL customer enquiries and shipment coordination

Provide quotations, sailing schedules, routing options and shipment updates

About you
