Job summary

FM GLOBAL LOGISTICS is seeking an Export Operations Executive responsible for LCL consolidation operations and documentation in ocean freight logistics. You will plan consolidations, coordinate cargo receiving, and ensure documentation accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in logistics and 2–5 years' export ocean freight experience, with strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office and forwarding systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or related field.
• Preferably 2-5 years' experience in export ocean freight operations.
• Hands-on experience in LCL consolidation planning and documentation is preferred.
• Good understanding of export procedures, shipping documentation and CFS operations.
• Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight shipping cut-offs and timelines.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle export LCL consolidation operations and documentation
• Plan LCL consol loading based on cargo volume, vessel schedule, cut-off and destination requirements
• Coordinate cargo receiving, warehouse/CFS activities, stuffing and container movement
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, customers, CFS and overseas agents
• Prepare and check HBL, MBL, manifests, pre-alerts and related export documentation
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo cut-off, stuffing and shipment departure
• Ensure optimum container utilization and timely consol closing
• Handle operational issues and follow through until shipment completion
• Ensure compliance with shipping line, customs and destination requirements

Export Operations Executive responsible for LCL consolidation operations and documentation in ocean freight logistics.

Key responsibilities

Handle export LCL consolidation operations and documentation

Plan LCL consol loading based on cargo volume, vessel schedule, cut-off and destination requirements
