Job summary

FM GLOBAL LOGISTICS (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to grow revenue by acquiring new customers and promoting freight forwarding services. You will identify opportunities, nurture relationships, present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals while coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service and timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree and 1–2 years of freight forwarding sales experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills in

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder required.
• 1-2 years sales experience in freight forwarding preferred.
• Experience in Import/Export freight advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good attitude and behavior.

Job description

Bring in new customers and grow revenue for the company.

Driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationship and achieving sales targets.

Cold call prospective customers to initiate sales opportunities.

Assess customer needs and present suitable services and solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers.

Prepare presentations and proposals to customers.

Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements :

A Diploma or Degree holder.

Preferred with 1-2 years working experience in sales in freight forwarding industry.

Both Import and Export freight experience will be an advantage.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with minimum supervision.

Must be a team player with a good working attitude and behavior.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
