Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Order & Operations Specialist to manage complex and high-value customer orders and ensure timely delivery. You will analyze bottlenecks, generate performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution to improve overall efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in order processing or supply chain, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a track record in process improvement and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, customer service, or operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in audit support, compliance management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
