Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented supply chain professional to manage end-to-end order fulfilment from PO receipt to shipment completion. You will coordinate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, CS, and Export teams to ensure seamless execution and timely shipments.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in supply chain or related roles, with FMCG or export experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or export operations is advantageous.
• Must exhibit urgency, resilience under pressure, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong coordination, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from PO receipt to shipment completion.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, CS, and Export teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor production readiness and shipment schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Work with Logistics and freight forwarders to secure vessel bookings and timely shipping.
• Ensure all shipping, export, and customer documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Support daily operations including order management, replenishment, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Identify supply chain risks, delays, stock shortages, and bottlenecks; drive corrective actions.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Maintain strong customer service standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Export teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Monitor production readiness and shipment schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with Logistics and freight forwarders to secure vessel bookings and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Ensure all shipping, export, and customer documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Support daily business operations, including order management, replenishment planning, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Identify potential supply chain risks, shipment delays, stock shortages, and operational bottlenecks, and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Escalate issues promptly and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.
• Maintain strong customer service standards and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics, order fulfilment, or commercial operations.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or export operations is an added advantage.
• High sense of urgency, resilience under pressure, and strong emotional intelligence.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
