Jora Malaysia is seeking a Client Account Executive to support day-to-day management of customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The role focuses on supply chain and order coordination, while involves customer communication and support.
You will manage orders, coordinate across Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other teams to ensure on-time processing and delivery.

The Client Account Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of customer orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time.
The role focuses on supply chain and order coordination, while involves customer communication and support.
Manage and follow up on customer purchase orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
Monitor order status, production progress, and delivery schedules.
Follow up with relevant departments on material availability, production status, quality issues, and shipment arrangements.
Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and any changes when required.
Communicate changes in customer requirements, order quantities, and delivery dates to the relevant internal teams.
Track outstanding orders and proactively follow up on potential delays.
Assist in preparing reports on customer orders, forecasts, deliveries, and outstanding issues.
Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, and service-related issues.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and delivery information in the relevant systems.
Support customer meetings and visits when required.
Assist with payment follow-up and coordinate with Finance on outstanding receivables when required.
Perform other coordination and administrative duties related to customer orders and supply chain activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of supply chain, order fulfillment, and manufacturing processes.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and customer information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with multiple departments and manage several tasks at the same time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
