Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order fulfilment and delivery operations for timely execution.
• Monitor order status and resolve related issues proactively.
• Ensure accurate processing of all sales orders within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain complete and accurate order and delivery documentation.
• Plan and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor OTIF, CSL and other delivery performance metrics.
• Investigate delays, shortages, damaged goods, and customer complaints.
• Track truck utilization and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution performance reports.

The Order Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily order processing and delivery operations. The role coordinates closely with Sales, Warehouse, transporters, distributors, customers, and logistics service providers to ensure orders are processed accurately and deliveries are completed on time. The position also monitors delivery performance, resolves order and delivery issues, optimizes transportation efficiency, controls distribution costs, and maintains accurate operational reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily order fulfilment and delivery operations to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor customer order status and proactively resolve order-related issues
• Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfilment
• Ensure all order and delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers and distributors
• Monitor delivery performance, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), CSL (Customer Service Level), on-time delivery, and failed deliveries
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including delays, shortages, damaged goods, rejected deliveries, and customer complaints
• Monitor truck utilization and delivery routes to maximize transportation efficiency
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfilment and distribution performance reports

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in order fulfilment, logistics, transportation, distribution, fleet management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of order processing, delivery planning, logistics, and distribution operations
• Ability to prepare and analyse operational and distribution performance reports
• Knowledge of OTIF, CSL, delivery performance, truck utilization, and transportation cost monitoring
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good planning and organizational ability
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution
