Job summary

Becton Dickinson is seeking a professional in Kuala Lumpur to execute Customer Order Management functions for Asia/Pacific customers. Responsibilities include managing order processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating across various departments.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, fluent in English, and possess moderate analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of Korean and/or Mandarin is essential to effectively manage orders from respective countries.

Qualifications

• Must be highly customer and business oriented.
• Ability to work cross-culturally within a team.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of Korean and/or Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Order Processing transactions accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbane Oxley (SOX) and other regulations.
• Handle order inquiries from distributors/end customers.
