Job summary

Estee Lauder Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented order management specialist to handle inbound orders for EDI accounts and SAP-processed manual orders. You will coordinate shipments, launches, and counter requirements, acting as the main liaison among field sales, commercial, and distribution teams.

You will review daily order data, address issues promptly, and work with the commercial team to prevent stockouts while improving retailer service levels.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English in both written and spoken is a must.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented, organized and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inbound orders for EDI accounts and process manual orders in SAP for non-EDI accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for field sales, counter, sales planner, commercial, and distribution teams for order management, shipments, allocations, and related duties.
• Review open order reports daily and analyze data to inform decisions; communicate and recommend actions.
• Address/investigate and action orders to ensure timely processing and shipping schedules.
• Proactively manage inventory with the commercial team and alert on out-of-stock situations.
• Inform commercial team and retailers of PO errors and EDI transmission issues to improve retailer service levels.
• Understand retailers' PO processes and adjust ship/cancel windows to align with schedules.
• Process approved returns orders and handle inquiries from internal/external customers.
• Utilize SAP/UPS/Citrix/QlikView/BI/Warehouse systems for daily tasks; generate daily/weekly sales reports.
