Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Order Management Specialist to monitor inbound orders (EDI and manual) and process SAP-based orders for non-EDI accounts.

You will be the main contact for field sales, counter teams, and distribution, ensuring timely shipments and accurate POs. Daily review of open orders, proactive stock alerts, and collaboration with the commercial team will help meet shipping schedules and retailer service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with organized workflow and strong prioritization
• Ability to work independently and manage workload

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound orders for EDI and manual orders in SAP for non-EDI accounts
• Coordinate with field sales, sales planner, commercial, and distribution teams on shipments and allocations
• Review open order reports daily and analyze data in spreadsheets
• Address and action orders to meet shipping schedules and delivery timelines
• Proactively alert the commercial team to out-of-stock situations
• Inform retailers of PO errors and summarize EDI transmission issues
• Handle inquiries from internal and external customers about shipments, orders, discounts
• Produce daily/weekly sales reports comparing actual orders to targets
