Job summary

Elanco is seeking an experienced Order Management professional to provide end-to-end order processing for its Malaysia affiliate. You will handle order creation, shipping coordination, and documentation, while engaging with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, with strong knowledge of order management processes and SAP.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration with experience in Order Management or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of Order Management and Accounting Functions.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServiceNow or Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and confirm customer orders; monitor outstanding orders and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with plant sites and Intercompany Services for shipments and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Generate billing per Elanco policy and manage tax compliance.
