Job summary

Georg Fischer Malaysia seeks an Order Fulfilment professional to manage machine rental movements, coordinate SAP records, and ensure timely order processing. You will liaise with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Front Office to maintain accurate data and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, familiarity with SAP, and strong Excel/CRM skills. English is essential; Mandarin is a plus. This is an on-site position in Klang.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Experience in Order Fulfilment, Logistics or Sales admin preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP/CRM) and MS Office.
• Excellent coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with good communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle machine rental movements and related SAP documentation.
• Process order entry for EDI and non-EDI orders, notify customers.
• Monitor order status, stock, and delivery dates; advise on changes.
• Maintain records of invoices and supporting documents.
