Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a logistics professional to oversee daily fulfillment operations in our Kuala Lumpur facility. You will coordinate inbound and outbound processes, stock movements, SAP postings, and inventory accuracy to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics/fulfillment, hands-on warehouse operations experience, and strong coordination with 3PL partners. Proficiency in English is essential, local language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in SAP and warehouse-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations across inventory, inbound, outbound, and returns processes.
• Process and coordinate daily warehouse-related tasks to ensure stock availability and timely material movements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through routine stock monitoring and reconciliation support.
• Coordinate and execute goods receipt activities for inbound deliveries and ensure accurate postings in SAP.
• Support order fulfillment by coordinating picking, packing, and shipment readiness with warehouse and transport teams.
• Provide timely status updates on stock issues, inbound/outbound execution, and service risks.
