Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Penang, Malaysia, is hiring a Sales Support Administrator to process orders from receipt to dispatch, enter data accurately, and support the sales team with admin tasks.

You will coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment, prepare invoices and delivery notes, track status, and address customer inquiries while continuously improving the order workflow.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in sales support or order processing, preferably with some understanding in supply chain operations.
• Strong proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
• Enter order data into the system with accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales to clarify order details and requirements.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment and shipment.
• Prepare invoices, delivery notes and related documents.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve order discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain organised filing systems for order records.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks in order processing workflow.
