Job summary

Omya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a hands-on Fulfillment Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound activities, and stock integrity. You will coordinate with 3PLs, execute SAP transactions, and drive accuracy in goods receipts and movements.

The role requires 3–5 years in fulfillment or logistics, with SAP and MS Office proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years in fulfillment, warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience with inventory accuracy, cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse operators or 3PLs.
• Working knowledge of SAP and related tools.
• Proficient written and spoken English; local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations across inventory, inbound, outbound and returns.
• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks to ensure stock availability and timely movements.
• Ensure SAP transactions and goods movements are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support stock transfers, replenishment postings and inbound responsibilities.
• Run MRP and generate replenishment proposals; execute POs and liaise with principals.
• Coordinate goods receipt and outbound shipments with warehouse teams.
• Verify invoices and costs for logistics services; ensure compliance with Omya standards.
