Job summary

Belimo Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Order Fulfillment Specialist responsible for processing customer orders from receipt to fulfilment, coordinating with warehouse and logistics across Malaysia, and maintaining accurate shipment documentation. The role requires a Diploma or degree in business/logistics, 5+ years in order fulfilment or logistics, strong communication, and SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, logistics or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales order fulfilment, logistics, customer service, or related field, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams while managing multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams across locations to ensure timely packaging and shipment of orders.
Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve order-related queries and issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for orders and shipments.
Manage delivery processing, shipping documents, and coordination with freight forwarders for timely domestic and international deliveries.
Analyze and report sales order data to monitor delivery performance.
