Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive focused on order fulfilment and logistics in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate customer orders from placement through fulfilment, liaise with sales, suppliers and logistics partners, and ensure timely deliveries while managing samples and paperwork.

The role emphasizes organisation, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work independently as well as with internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in operations, order fulfilment, logistics coordination or sales support is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Operations Executive - Order Fulfilment & Logistics

Position: Operations Executive - Order Fulfilment & Logistics

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience): RM3,700 - RM4,000 per month + EPF & SOCSO + AWS + 14 Days' Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate customer orders from placement through fulfilment.

Liaise with the sales team, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Check incoming goods and coordinate replacements or returns when required.

Resolve delivery and logistics issues promptly.

Manage product samples and prepare sample requests for sales presentations.

Maintain office and pantry supplies.

Keep accurate records of invoices, delivery orders and replacements.

Requirements:
