Job summary

88SEED is seeking a Production & Fulfilment Executive to run the back-end of our operation in Kepong, Malaysia. You’ll own the floor, production output, inventory, dispatch, and supplier relationships, leading cooks, packers, operators and part-timers to ensure timely orders and accurate stock across our sites.

You’ll manage daily workflows, uphold GMP and safety, and drive efficiency as the business grows. A degree in a related field and 1–2 years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• 1–2 years in a store, retail, F&B or operations supervisory role.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage a team of cooks, packers, operators and part-timers.
• Comfortable with computer systems and Excel/Google Sheets; fast learner.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and fulfilment floor operations end to end.
• Plan and schedule production to hit daily output and delivery targets against sales demand.
• Own inventory: stock control, cycle counts, reconciliation, stock rotation, and minimising wastage.
• Keep stock accurate across website, TikTok and future marketplaces to avoid oversell.
• Ensure orders ship on time and stock stays accurate to maintain good marketplace standing.
• Plan raw-material and packaging replenishment; coordinate with suppliers and OEM partners.
• Lead the team of cooks, packing staff, operators, and part-timers; manage roster and discipline.
• Enforce GMP, workplace safety, and housekeeping on the floor.
• Track fulfilment performance and report to management.

88SEED is a fast-growing ecommerce and F&B manufacturing brand. We make our own products, carry OEM lines, and ship everything ourselves — selling on TikTok Shop, our own website, and future marketplaces. We're looking for a sharp, disciplined Production & Fulfilment Executive to run the back-end of our operation — the engine room behind every order that ships. You'll own the floor: production output, inventory, dispatch, suppliers and the team that makes it all move. We already have a system in place — your job is to run it well for us, and improve it over time as the business grows. This is a leadership seat with a clear path to Supervisor and Manager for the right person.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily production and fulfilment floor operations end to end

Plan and schedule production to hit daily output and delivery targets against sales demand

Own inventory: stock control, cycle counts, reconciliation, stock rotation, and minimising wastage and expired stock

Keep stock accurate and in sync across our website, TikTok and future marketplaces so we never oversell

Make sure orders always ship on time and stock stays accurate, so our marketplace accounts stay in good standing and avoid platform penalties

Plan raw-material and packaging replenishment; deal with and follow up on suppliers and OEM partners to prevent stock shortages

Manage order fulfilment across our online store, marketplaces and courier platforms, meeting daily dispatch deadlines

Lead the team — cooks, packing staff, operators and part-timers: roster, attendance, discipline and overtime control; enforce work policies

Enforce food hygiene/Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), workplace safety and housekeeping on the floor

Track and own fulfilment performance targets, report daily to management, and keep improving efficiency and controlling cost

About you

Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Operations Management — other relevant disciplines welcome

1–2 years in a store, retail, F&B or operations supervisory / team-lead role (for example a shift or outlet supervisor); strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Natural leader — able to lead and manage a team of cooks, packers, operators and part-timer staffs

Highly disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision

Comfortable with computer systems (store, marketplace and courier platforms) and Excel/Google Sheets; a fast learner

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Must possess own transport. The workplace is in an industrial area in Ehsan Jaya, Kepong — public bus access is available, but the location is best reached by motorcycle or car

Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced operations environment

Basic RM2,500 – RM2,800 + monthly performance bonus up to RM600+
