Job summary

Rigel Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order confirmation to delivery. You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Business Administration and at least 5 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, logistics or warehouse

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in supply chain, logistics, operations or business administration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in order fulfillment or logistics.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Experience in sanitaryware, construction, retail or project-based business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to improve efficiency and service level.
• Develop and maintain effective SOPs and workflows for order fulfillment.

Requirements

Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is an advantage.

Experience in sanitaryware, construction, retail or project-based business is an added advantage.

Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
