You will cultivate customer relationships, promote energy-saving service products, and drive revenue across multiple regions from Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, or Penang.

The role emphasizes field-based visits, detailed audits, and tight collaboration with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project closures.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of techno-commercial experience within an industrial environment, bridging technical knowledge with commercial goals.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with energy audits, energy-saving solutions, and aftermarket sales is advantageous.
• Proficient with common technical and professional software and tools for compressed air systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop sustainable Optimization business across Malaysia by cultivating new customer relationships and promoting advanced service products.
• Visit pre-qualified leads, understand operational requirements, and present audit results with potential savings.
• Prepare quotations and drive follow-up to secure conversions and meet monthly sales targets.
• Identify new channels and partners when senior product managers are unavailable.
• Train AIRnet installers and coordinate invoicing and project delivery with customers.
