Qualifikationen

• Min. 2 years of experience in operations coordination, sales administration, project administration, or similar support functions.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and shared collaboration platforms.
• Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and follow-ups independently.
• Experience supporting sales operations, project coordination, or audit scheduling is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, certification, or professional services environments would be a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and manage client databases with accurate customer profiles and engagement details.
• Coordinate and oversee audit schedules with Sales teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor active sales orders weekly and provide status updates for revenue targets.
• Track audit and project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Manage invoicing coordination and follow-ups for timely payment.
• Maintain audit documentation, reports, certifications, and records for compliance.
• Support Reporting Manager with operational records, trackers, and monthly reports.
• Provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to clients, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, scheduling, and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of ad-hoc calendar activities for the Head of Cybersecurity (ASEAN).
