Job summary

S SQUAD SDN. BHD. is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Sales Operations role to support the sales and BD team with quotations, proposals, RFQs, tender documents and customer coordination.

The successful candidate will learn basic cybersecurity products and services, maintain trackers and CRM, and assist with meetings, demos and presentations while coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome with good communication skills.
• Diploma/degree in IT, cybersecurity, business or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic MS Office/Excel skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and business development team.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs and tender documents.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal technical teams.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and sales opportunities.
• Maintain sales trackers, CRM and project documentation.
• Assist with customer meetings, demos and presentations.
• Collect pricing, BOM and technical documents from vendors.
• Support sales administration and reporting.
• Learn and understand basic cybersecurity products and services.
