Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated graduate to join our operations/administration team in Penang. The role involves processing sales orders, coordinating with production and finance, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining accurate customer records.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma holders in business/admin are preferred. You will liaise with customers and internal departments, learn QMS requirements, and grow toward professional development with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Operations, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or administration is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with customers and departments.
• Good organizational and time management with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders promptly, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments for timely deliveries and satisfaction.
• Liaise with production, purchasing, and finance to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support administrative duties while ensuring QMS compliance.
• Plan work schedules, manage customer requests beyond standard margins, and implement improvements to operations.
