Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support daily operations in a learning-focused role. You will assist in processing orders, coordinating with buyers on delivery schedules, and reconciling invoices against purchase orders. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided.

The position also offers opportunities to participate in meetings, contribute to process improvements, and engage in cross-departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Retail & Trade industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and other learning opportunities.
• Manage the lifecycle of orders from creation to completion, monitor order status, and address delays.
• Contact with Buyer/Purchaser regarding orders and deliveries, and handle changes or issues.
• Match invoices to purchase orders to reconcile with recipient records.
• Research on process improvement or other assignments as needed by the department.
• Complete assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects.
