Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries and coordinate orders from planning to delivery in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing delivery orders and invoices, and supporting the Sales team with reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing, with experience in sales coordination or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales coordination or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and sales orders.
• Coordinate order requirements with the Planning, Production, Purchasing and Logistics teams.
• Monitor order progress and ensure products are delivered according to the agreed schedule.
• Update customers on order status, delivery arrangements and related matters.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and sales records.
• Assist with customer complaints, order changes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales team.
