Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive administrative coordinator at Bayan Lepas to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. You will handle orders, coordinate with planners and warehouse, and maintain smooth communication with internal teams.

Candidates with at least one year of related experience and strong English, Excel, and computer literacy are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates welcome; Oracle experience is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Computer literate with good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks.
• Check orders and ensure they are in good condition.
• Release orders to warehouse for packaging.
• Coordinate with planner/buyer on urgent orders to ship timely.
• Coordinate issues between internal customers and planner/buyer/logistics.
• Support daily operations using Oracle system, email and Excel.
• Manage daily/weekly reports.
