Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Order Processing & Fulfillment specialist to process sales orders, track shipments, and align delivery schedules. The role involves billing, documentation, and collaboration with production to confirm delivery dates.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business/Administration/Marketing/Management, 2–3 years of related experience, and strong English and Mandarin communication. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Marketing / Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in a related responsibility is required.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Equipped with good communication skill with coordination skill,
• Adequate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point & ERP.
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and capability to work in fast-paced environments,

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and sales quotations. Ensure accuracy of billing details and financial records.
• Work with PMC to align sales orders with manufacturing and inventory schedules. Monitor stock levels and track production progress to confirm delivery dates.
• Maintain customer databases. Coordinate with logistics for smooth shipment execution. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, handle after-sales support, and resolve customer complaints.
