Responsibilities

• Review and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring documentation meets company and regulatory requirements.
• Handle order-related queries from customers via email and WhatsApp.
• Arrange shipping schedules and liaise with freight carriers and internal teams to confirm delivery timelines and special shipping requirements.
• Issue sales invoices and fulfil customer billing requirements.
• Provide customers with order status, shipping details and tracking information; address inquiries about shipments.
