Job summary

ROCK MAESTRO SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator in Kuching to manage daily activities, monitor deadlines and optimize processes. You will work with internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure events and campaigns run smoothly while maintaining SOP compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field and 2–3 years' experience in operations, administration or project coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Event Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination or event management.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Monitor workflow, deadlines and operational requirements.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and procedures.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, marketing campaigns and company projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers and clients.
• Monitor project timelines, manpower, equipment and other resources.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Track project progress, operational performance and departmental KPIs.
• Maintain records of project costs, resource usage and completed tasks.
