Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business administration, planning, operations or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and organisational skills may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis and business planning is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing business plans, operational plans and work schedules
• Coordinate daily operational activities and follow up on assigned tasks
• Monitor project timelines, deadlines and progress to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth business operations
• Assist management in implementing business strategies and operational improvements
• Collect, update and maintain business and operational data
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review
• Monitor business performance, operational progress and KPIs
• Analyse data and identify discrepancies, trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations and other administrative documents
