Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in administrative or operational support.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Malay is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and filing.
• Support departments by handling correspondence, data entry and reports.
• Coordinate company events and meetings.
• Maintain office supplies and arrange replenishment.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate operations.
• Handle enquiries and direct them to correct departments.
• Perform other admin and operational duties as required.
