Job summary

Rock Maestro Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, seeks an Admin and Operation Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team. This full-time role supports day-to-day administration and helps ensure smooth operational flow across the brand.

You will coordinate logistics for campaigns, maintain records, assist with reports and budgets, and liaise with internal teams and vendors to deliver brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia advantageous.
• Proven experience in administrative or operational roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, document organisation and filing systems.
• Coordinating logistics and operations for marketing campaigns, brand events and promotional activities.
• Maintaining records, databases and administrative documentation with accuracy.
• Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitoring office supplies, equipment and operational resources, placing orders as needed.
• Assisting with budget tracking and expense management for marketing and operational activities.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing and communications team on special projects and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures across all operational matters.
