Responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement processes with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system.
• Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system.
• Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment.
• Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data.
