Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to provide strategic and operational procurement support across multiple regions. The role collaborates with Global Category Managers and regional Sourcing Managers to secure favorable costs and terms.

You will manage RFXs, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards while coaching Malaysia teams on best practices. This is a dynamic, globally oriented procurement position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or related fields
• Experience negotiating and contracting with international suppliers
• Experience with multinational/global-scale procurement processes

Responsibilities

• Handle operational purchase orders and automation
• Maintain and support procurement tools, templates, processes
• Collaborate with Global Category Managers and regional Sourcing Managers across Europe and the US
• Provide strategic and operational procurement support to stakeholders worldwide
• Execute sourcing events including negotiations and RFXs
• Prepare reports and communicate savings to management
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
• Coach local teams in Malaysia on procurement policies
