Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, including the coordination of incoming and outgoing goods, document handling, and communication with internal teams and external transport partners.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Prepare and check delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
• Update records in the logistics system or ERP.
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status.
• Support inventory control activities and stock counts.
• Maintain organized filing of documents and records.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
