RUNJIAN (M) SDN. BHD. is expanding in Malaysia and seeks an experienced supply chain professional to join the team. You will manage orders, procurement, and logistics while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field, 3+ years in supply chain or procurement, strong data analysis, ERP proficiency, and willingness to travel.

Order & Delivery Management: Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders, from order entry and production scheduling to shipment and final delivery. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and meet customer requirements.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Manage inventory across different markets, establish appropriate safety stock levels, and monitor inventory turnover. Identify and address slow-moving or excess inventory to improve stock efficiency and optimize working capital.
Procurement & Supplier Management: Support sourcing and procurement of key materials and major products, including supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract review. Develop a reliable multi-source supplier network and monitor supplier performance and fulfillment.
Logistics & Import/Export Compliance: Support logistics network planning and coordinate transportation and delivery arrangements. Ensure import and export activities comply with customs requirements, tariff regulations, and applicable inspection and quarantine requirements in Malaysia and surrounding markets.
Data Analysis & Supply Chain Improvement: Prepare regular supply chain performance reports covering areas such as procurement costs, logistics efficiency, and inventory turnover. Identify operational bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, with experience in Southeast Asian markets preferred.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement, international logistics, and warehouse management, with a good understanding of import/export compliance and risk management.
Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
Strong command of English, with excellent business negotiation and cross-functional communication skills.
Strong cost management awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive projects and improvements. High level of integrity, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to travel internationally frequently and work on-site in different locations when required.
