Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks a Planning Officer to assist in daily to monthly production scheduling, monitor progress, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production planning, production control, inventory management, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Update production progress, inventory status, and shipment schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning and inventory data using Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.
• Follow up on customer forecasts, orders, and delivery requirements when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels to help prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Prepare planning reports, shipment updates, and management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for planning-related records.
• Support ISO documentation and audit requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes and support continuous improvement activities within the department.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the planning team.
