AJ Best Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure that all business activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing teams, improving operational processes, monitoring performance, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure company targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Lead, manage, train, and develop employees across the operations team.
• Plan manpower requirements, work schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer-related operational issues.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Analyse operational data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and external service providers when required.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and performance meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
