Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager for a fast-growing retail F&B company in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves developing sales strategies, controlling operating costs, and coordinating with the F&B team to maintain high standards across outlets.

You will lead expansion plans, ensure SOPs are followed, drive branding and productivity, and plan manpower to meet peak demands. Candidates should have a bachelor degree and at least five years in F&B, with Mandarin language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in F&B Industry.
• Experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
• Own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Due to business nature).
• Working days: 6 days (Shift rotation, off-day on weekday).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs.
• Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
• Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
• Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
• Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches.
• Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
• Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
• Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
• Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.
