Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and support growth across our Malaysia-based teams. The role focuses on leading operational staff, coordinating resources, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

You will monitor performance, tackle challenges, and implement processes to optimise cost control and productivity while collaborating with management and suppliers to ensure smooth business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations, production, or a similar management role.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budgeting, KPI management, process improvement, and team supervision.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across departments.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Develop and implement processes, policies, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements.
• Manage budgets, costs, inventory, equipment, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain smooth business delivery.
