Job summary

Vivo Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and support a high-performing team. You will own end-to-end operational processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in any relevant field.
• Experience in operations management, team management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and execution.
• Able to work independently and follow up effectively on assigned tasks.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and other relevant office/operational systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily department operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure daily operations comply with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Manage and supervise team members, including task allocation and follow-up.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.
• Conduct team training, performance evaluations, and daily work monitoring.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and information.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management review and decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and follow up on improvement actions.
• Identify operational issues, risks, and process gaps, and propose practical improvements.
• Drive process improvement and standardization to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Handle operational issues and unexpected situations to keep business operations running smoothly.
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other operational resources.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling operational costs.
• Ensure resources are adequately arranged to support daily operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
• Assist the Company in achieving business targets and completing ad-hoc or special projects.
• Be willing to travel when required for work-related purposes.
