Job summary

M&A VISION SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate daily operations, staff schedules and resource management in Malaysia.

You will monitor performance, enforce company policies and SOPs, and provide timely updates to management. You will liaise with management, staff, suppliers and service providers to ensure efficient operations that meet the company’s standards, while supporting manpower planning, training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the Company's daily operational activities.
• Plan and coordinate staff schedules, manpower deployment and daily work assignments.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and compliance with Company policies and SOPs.
• Ensure operational activities are carried out efficiently and according to Company standards.
• Coordinate with management, staff, suppliers and service providers on operational matters.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies and other operational resources.
• Identify operational problems and recommend appropriate solutions to management.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, workplace requirements and applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
• Support management in manpower planning, training and performance improvement.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management related to the position.
