Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad invites a Senior Executive to plan, organize and drive operation improvement within the processing unit, aligned with our strategic direction. You will lead PDCA cycles, manage projects, perform UAT, and collaborate with departments to deliver measurable performance gains.

Strong leadership, project management and communication across all levels are essential, as you design workflows and monitor timelines to nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or diploma with related working experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to scope and execute projects.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and project management.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to motivate the team.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify operation constraints and possible action plans.
• Ensure operations follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and review PDCA cycle with respect to performance and operations.
• Monitor project timelines and conduct UAT to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
• Prepare user requirements & FSD for operation improvement and project management.
• Independently lead and/or facilitate projects; act as internal consultant.
• Act as change agent to grow a continuous improvement culture.
• Determine best-suited operation improvement and project management methodologies.
• Assist in designing work standards, systems, and practices for business improvement.
• Conduct training for newly enhanced processes/systems.
