Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Analyst to drive operation improvements within Credit Assessment. You will translate business needs into practical system and process solutions, lead UAT and coordinate with IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver timely results.

This role focuses on requirements gathering, BRD creation, testing, and driving digitalisation initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience across the credit assessment function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in business analysis and process improvement a must.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Gather and translate business requirements into BRD and solution proposals.
• Lead end-to-end UAT including test planning, scripts, data, and sign-off.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors and stakeholders to resolve system issues.
• Support system enhancements, workflow changes, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Coordinate system access requests and CCRIS / IR related issues.
• Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements.
• Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct user briefings and training for smooth adoption.
• Provide updates on project progress, risks and improvements.
