Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks a dynamic Senior Manager to lead Organization Development, shaping leadership pipelines and driving impactful learning initiatives. You will spearhead strategic planning, talent management, and governance across training, succession planning, and performance processes.

The role requires a strong track record in HR leadership, stakeholder influence at senior levels, and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing succession planning and leadership development strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and talent management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
• Lead the Training and Talent Management department, providing vision, direction, and guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for employee development.
• Design and oversee learning programs, including technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training.
• Lead the team in needs assessments, develop targeted training solutions, and align modules with strategy.
• Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
• Implement robust succession planning to identify and prepare future leaders.
• Manage performance management processes, including KPI setting and 360 feedback.
• Develop and manage the department's budget and resource allocation.
• Track and analyse metrics related to training effectiveness and talent retention.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide insights on training and talent management.
