Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional digital projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow redesign, and technology integration.
• Experience in strategic planning and collaborating closely with IT departments and vendors.

• Lead AEON Credit's end-to-end digital business transformation strategy, focusing on operational modernization and digital-first solutions aligned with corporate objectives.

• Collaborate closely with IT and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that support technology and business integration.
• Champion digital initiatives that streamline processes, improve service efficiency, and reduce manual dependencies across departments.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure transformation goals align with stakeholder needs and compliance standards.
• Drive innovation and develop practical digital solutions that support scalable business growth and enhanced user experiences.
