At least 5 years in business development, product communication, and supervisory level.
Strong communication, creativity, analytical, self-motivated, and reporting skills.
Understanding of marketing plans.
Creative and innovative in designing new products/communications with latest information technologies.

Responsibilities

Assist Department Head in planning and executing Personal Financing product enhancement and new product development.
Work closely with stakeholders and project team to deliver project completion.
Perform analyses, write-ups and development of proposals, presentations, approvals, workflows and policies for products.
Analyze market performance and identify new areas for business expansion.
Ensure department and product comply with policies and compliance requirements.
