Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with related working experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to scope and execute projects.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify operation constraints and propose action plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (BNM).
• Lead PDCA cycles to improve performance and operations.
• Monitor timelines, perform UAT to ensure on-time completion and budget control.
• Prepare user requirements and FSD for operation improvement and projects.
• Lead projects or act as internal consultant to sections and departments.
• Drive continuous improvement culture and guide staff at all levels.
