Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or project management, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional digital projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow redesign, and technology integration.
• Experience in strategic planning and collaborating closely with IT departments and vendors.
